My fender P Bass also had years of play with no set up. I was having issues with the bridge which Ben managed to fix instantly. When adjusting the trust rod Ben noticed that the bass felt different and reverted back to its original position which was a very nice personal touch for me as it plays exactly the way I want it, keeping the string tension low. Ben assured me if I had any problems to bring it back straight away, but I have no problems at all.
The write ups/reports provided are a really cool extra as I get to read everything Ben has done.

While he had it, Ben recommended a full clean and setup with new strings. The guitar now plays incredibly well with no buzzing at all. It honestly feels like a completely different instrument.
Communication was great from the start, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.Item: Epiphone Les Paul Standard Pro Honey Burst (2014) Upgraded Pickups & Electronics (#168512006985)

He couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating than he already was. I was asking quite a few questions around the guitar and he was more than happy having a chat about it.
He absolutely went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the guitar, even going as far as doing me a huge favour when it came to collecting the guitar by actually dropping it off to me personally whilst I was at work. If that’s not top tier customer service, I really don’t know what it is.
This is an easy 5 stars, it would be more if I could!
Thanks again Ben! 👏🏻
